Shop Questions

I can't find (insert scent here) in the shop, where is it? Will it be coming back?

Although we maintain a handful of year-round collections, we do have a rotating cast that change out seasonally. So keep an eye out for your favorite seasonal scents, they have a habit of popping up occasionally throughout the year, as well as during their scheduled season.

Are your products vegan?

Yes! All of the ingredients in our products are vegan. All honey and other animal notes in our perfumes are synthetic, and any waxes used in our products are plant based.

Do you offer gift certificates?

We do! Don't see the denomination that you would want to purchase? Just reach out and I'll be happy to help.

I see a lot of products named after wine, food, and cocktails; can I eat / drink this?

Although many of our scents smell appetizing, please do not consume any Vintner's Reserve fragrance product. Our lip balms do use flavor oils that are safe for consumption, but these are not the same blends as in our fragrance products, even if they share the same name. These are the only exception that are safe to put in or on your mouth.

Order Questions

How long will it take for my order to ship?

All currently open orders are processing around a 2-3 week TAT. Many will ship sooner than this, but if by some chance it's been longer and you haven't seen a shipping notification yet, please reach out so that I can check the status of your order.

Do you charge sales tax?

Currently, only orders shipping to Kentucky have to pay sales tax. If all of my research has taught me anything, it's that tax laws are weird.

I placed an order by mistake / I need to modify my order, what can I do?

No problem, accidents happen! If you contact me within 48 hours of the order being placed, any cancellation or modification requests can be accommodated. After 48 hours the orders may have entered into processing, and as such, a restocking fee may apply.

I need my order sooner than the stated TAT, is that possible?

If you need to place a rush order, please contact me before placing the order to see if accommodations can be made.

Do you include samples?

Yes! Every order contains free samples of some of our other products for you to try out and (hopefully) love as much as the rest of your order!

Something in my order came damaged / I got the wrong product in my order, can I return it?

Unfortunately, due to the personal nature of all of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you have an item damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong order, please email me so that I can make everything right for you.

I placed two (or more) orders, will you combine shipping?

I try to always combine shipping and refund over-payment any time I catch that multiple orders are going to the same person. If you want to be sure, send me an email with all of your order numbers and I will make sure they're grouped together to ship together.

Do you ship internationally or to APO/FPO addresses?


How are shipping rates calculated?

All shipping prices are flat rates based on total product weight. These are generally lower than the actual cost to pack and ship your order, but in the event that you overpay for shipping, any overages greater than $1.00 USD will be refunded to you.

My tracking number hasn't updated in a few days, what's up?

Unfortunately, once a package has been handed off to USPS, what happens with tracking is out of my hands. If it's been more than four days and you still haven't seen your package moving, however, please contact me so that I can follow up with it. I am aware that there are often issues with tracking international packages once they make their way through customs, at which point your regional mail carrier service would be the best point of contact about any missing packages.

What about customs duties / import tax?

Any charges that originate from customs are the buyer's responsibility. Customs declarations will be filled out accurately based on the contents of your order.
